Brief Information:
Distilled water,often containing CO₂, O₂ and other soluble gases, which is regularly used in medical and biochemistry analyzer. But the existence of dissolved and non-dissolved gases in liquid will affect water/liquid volume, composition, PH, etc, which will lead to an adverse effect on result precision of test. 
The ABD series of eliminator will continuously and efficiently remove the dissolved and non-dissolved gases containing in distilled water used on fully automatic biochemistry analyzer or other analytical equipment, so that to guarantee a more stable and accurate test result.

Structure:
The device is composed of a liquid inlet, a liquid degassing chamber, a liquid outlet, an internal nanoscale gas-liquid separation membrane, a negative pressure chamber (located at the upper end,isolated from the liquid degassing chamber)and a degassing outlet., etc. The degassing outlet is connected with the vacuum negative pressure pump.

Principle:
During operation, negative pressure is formed in the negative pressure chamber due to the action of the vacuum negative pressure pump, and transferred to the liquid located in the liquid degassing chamber through the gas-liquid separation membrane.

Under the action of negative pressure, the dissolved gas in the liquid flowing through the degassing chamber changes from a dissolved state to a bubble. The generated bubbles and the original ones are drawn by negative pressure through the gas-liquid separation membrane into the negative pressure chamber and then discharged by the vacuum pump. The total bubbles and equal or greater than 98% of dissolved gas in distilled water flowing through will be removed. The gas-liquid separation membrane used in the device is a high-strength inert polymer and high-density material, which is distributed with a large number of micropores with pore size ≤0.1um. It allows small molecules to pass through only, while water molecules and other large molecules cannot. All structural components of the device are made of high polymer materials with good stability.

This device is suitable for fully automatic biochemical analyzer, hematology analyzer, liquid chromatography analyzer, immunology analyzer or various analyzers which requiring continuous removal of dissolved and indissolved gases from water.It can also be used for producing high-quality laboratory and production water.

Remarks: 1. This device should be erected when installed. degassing outlet must be located at the upper end. Water inlet is located at the lateral upper side. Water outlet is at the lower end of the device. 2. Excessive liquid pressure and negative pressure shall affect the device service life, but too lower negative pressure will reduce the degassing efficiency. 3. The degassing efficiency depends on various factors, for example, vacuum negative pressure, the treated water quality and air content and so on.
